Maik is an NYU professor, Olympian, two-time World Cup and Olympic-level swimmer. He has hundreds of thousands of subscribers on Yuotube, where he shares exercise tips from his own gym here in New York City. He wrote several fitness books with recipes for muscle growth, fat loss tips, and fitness tips.
