Change is not something we should be afraid of. We should embrace changes. Without change, nothing in this world will ever grow and flourish, and no one in this world will ever be the person they want to be.
Education: in 2014 graduated from State University of New York At Plattsburgh. At that time, I had been fond of yoga and related topics for four years already (massage, qigong, tai chi), and in 2016 I became an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. Today I continue to master my skills and expand my knowledge.
I teach yoga and stretching through online services.
When I started teaching yoga I realized, that the main goals of yoga, that people appreciate, are health and well-being. People want to understand how to improve health and not harm themselves. You can do yoga without an instructor, but it can lead to serious injuries. Therefore, the next step was to obtain a medical education in order to master the base, to better understand the structure and functioning of the body as a complex system, and to apply yoga and healing techniques to it. I wanted a professional education, not esoteric theories.
Besides yoga, I am interested in the latest research and discoveries in the field of medicine and technology and how this can be integrated into your life. I believe that medical and scientific knowledge should be accessible to the widest possible circle of people, and for this, we need mediators – practitioners who can, without going into profanity, translate complex terms into an understandable language. And I strive for this.
